Delivery Policy
The products distributed by Vinatesco are delivered nationwide. After finalizing the contract, we will promptly transport the products to the customer with installation support. The delivery time depends on the specific product and customer requirements, as detailed in the contract.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are requested to provide accurate and complete recipient information. We reserve the right to temporarily cancel orders if the provided information is unclear. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, lost goods, or similar issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Delivery Time

Delivery within 3 hours for addresses in Hanoi if the order is available in the company’s warehouse.

For inner-city areas in other cities, delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 days.

For remote and rural areas, delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days.
Note: Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For urgent delivery requests, please inform our sales staff for consultation and support.
Transportation Costs
Vietnam Technical Service Co., Ltd. covers transportation costs for orders within Hanoi’s inner city. For other areas, delivery costs will be negotiated and clearly specified in the contract.
