The EU 650 and EU 1000 are single-stage rotary vane lubricated pumps with oil circulation. The flanged electric motor is coupled by an elastic coupling. Cooling is provided by an air-oil heat exchanger and a centrifugal fan. An integrated check valve prevents oil from returning and air from returning to the pump chamber during the stop phase. The oil tank is equipped with an oil mist separation system from the exhaust gas; the separated oil is automatically recovered from the pump. The gas ballast prevents condensation inside the pump when sucking in small amounts of water vapor. The EU 650 and EU 1000 pumps are suitable for evacuating closed systems or operating at constant vacuum within the following ranges:
EU 650 from 0.5 to 850 mbar (absolute)
EU 1000 from 0.5 to 300 mbar (absolute)
EU 1000 B from 10 to 850 mbar (absolute)
