The EM 12 and EM 20 are single-stage rotary vane pumps with oil recirculation lubrication.
The rotor is directly coupled to the motor shaft.
The oil tank is equipped with an oil mist separator to remove oil mist from the exhaust gas.
A gas ballast prevents condensation inside the pump when handling small amounts of water vapor.
The EM 12 and EM 20 pumps are suitable for vacuum suction in sealed systems or continuous vacuum operation within the following ranges:
EM 12 – EM 20: 2 to 400 mbar (absolute)
EM 12 B – EM 20 B: 20 to 850 mbar (absolute)
