Conditions for Pump Return

• The product is defective due to manufacturing errors.

• The product’s technical specifications do not match the information agreed upon in the contract.

• The industrial pump is proven to be counterfeit, imitation, or of poor quality.

Conditions for Free Pump Repair (100%)

• The technological pump is still within the warranty period.

• The warranty certificate is intact, and the Series and Model information matches the equipment requiring warranty service.

• The information on the pump’s label has not been erased or altered.

• The pump has not been disassembled, repaired, had components replaced, or intentionally tampered with.

Conditions for Paid Pump Repair

• If the equipment is damaged due to user error, even within the warranty period, the customer will bear the repair costs.

• The customer fails to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, leading to issues during operation.

• The pump is damaged due to external factors such as fire, explosion, impact, lightning, flooding, etc.

Pump Warranty Standards

A 12-month warranty applies from the delivery date for all products distributed by Vietnam Technical Service Co., Ltd. Note that the equipment must be operated and stored under the following conditions to be eligible for warranty:

• The working environment and pump placement comply with the manufacturer’s standards.

• The operation and use of the pump adhere to the manufacturer’s instructions.

If any technical issues arise, please contact Vietnam Technical Service Co., Ltd. for resolution. Do not attempt to disassemble the equipment yourself. In cases where, after inspection, the issue is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will perform repairs and cover all related costs. If the issue is caused by user error, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs.
